Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, subject to written notice to be sent to: Beauty San Spa Via Rimini 37 - 59100 Prato, Italy.

In the communication the Customer must indicate the product or products for which he intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, and more precisely the written communication must contain:

  • The manifestation of the will to avail of the benefits granted by the law.
  • The indication of the product purchased.
  • Copy of the original sales letter which must be in your possession.
  • In case of partial withdrawal, article code(s).
  • The data relating to the bank details on which to obtain the transfer (IBAN - Current Account of the buyer - BIC/SWIFT code if foreign customer).

The only costs that will be required will be those of shipping. The right of withdrawal applies only to goods intact at the time of return.

Beauty San Spa will provide in accordance with the law in the manner and within the time agreed with the customer to refund him. Alternatively, and only with the consent of the customer will be possible to replace it with another product.

The right of withdrawal can not be exercised if the product is not intact, or:

  • In the absence of the original packaging;
  • In the absence of integral elements of the product (Accessories - Gift etc.);
  • For damage to the product.

The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for consumers (individuals who purchase goods not for purposes related to their professional activity, trade or business), so it can not be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity.

The costs of returning the product are borne by the Customer.

Return of damaged goods

In the event of delivery of an item damaged in transit, the customer does not bear the consequences, as all goods travel at the risk of Beauty San Spa. In the event of damage, however, we ask you to help us improve the service by accepting the packages with reservation.

Guarantees and liability

Beauty San Spa, within the limits of availability as regulated above, guarantees that products will be delivered which are the same as those indicated and described on the website. Beauty San Spa guarantees the originality of the products.

The manufacturer is responsible for all products sold. In the case of packaged products, the manufacturer is also responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of the information provided on the packaging. The images on the site are provided to the customer with the sole purpose of facilitating the recognition of products.
